1. Introduction

3. Client Responsibilities

4. Fees and Payment
4.1 The Client agrees to pay Ataraxis the fees specified in the agreement for the Services provided.

6.2 Ataraxis's liability for any direct damages arising from the provision of the Services will be limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
7. Earnings Disclaimer
7.1 Ataraxis Financial Services aims to provide general information and educational resources to help you achieve your financial goals.
7.2 Your success is dependent on your own business experience, motivation, and individual capacity. We do not guarantee any specific earnings or income from using our services.
8. Termination
